What is a Recall?
A recall is when a product is removed from the market or a correction is made to the product because it is either defective or potentially harmful.

Recalls are for the consumers’ protection against diseases and serious consecutive aftermath.

Some reasons for recalling food are: Discovery of an organism in a product which may harm the consumers Discovery of a potential allergen in a product

Mislabeling or misbranding of food. For example, a food may contain an allergen, such as nuts or eggs, but those ingredients do not appear on the label.

Thanks to our advanced computer software, we are alarmed instantly if your ship was supplied any recalled food items. If that is the case, we will immediately call your office and ship or send messages to both.
